BIRTH AND DEATH

To mebBirth and death are the two faces of the same coin. You can not have the one without the other. If you die in the physical world all it means is that you are born again in the astral world. And when you leave the astral world (or die in the astral world) you are automatically born into another existence. Remember life is eternal, your spirit, your soul is energy and can not be destroyed it can only change form.

The decision to be born into an existence is yours. You decide that you need a lifetime in some other existence in order to progress. A lifetime in the physical world will give you experiences that are very hard to achieve in the astral world. The reason is due to our feelings. We feel happy we feel sad, we feel scared, we feel angry, we feel hungry, we see the light of the day, we see the darkness of the night etc. Some of these feelings are very hard to experience in the astral world. So, you come to the physical world to learn, to experience, and then when you finish your learning, you go back home to the Astral world.

That reminds me of the example of being a student. You have finished your primary and secondary education and you are ready now for college or the university. Unfortunately there is not such an establishment near you and you have to travel to a far away land, like England, or America, or France etc. Your family will be unhappy that you are leaving but at the same time they will be happy for you because you are going to progress and return back a better person. When you finish your studies in that far away land, you have to return back home, your visa automatically expires. Of course your new friends will be unhappy to loose you, you will be unhappy to loose the happy student life, but at the same time you will be happy to go back to your family, to your old friends and eager to start your new and professional now life (more advanced life).

So we should not be afraid of death, we should not be sad. We can be unhappy but not sad. You will find that death is an easy and painless transition from the physical world. You shed your physical body and you take your astral body, which is an exact replica of your physical body. That is why in the case of a sudden death there could be some confusion ‘Am I really dead or alive?’. Remember when you die you can not take with you anything physical. What you take with you is your character and of course the knowledge you have accumulated.

When you die you will see a bright light. You have to go to the bright light and go through it. If you want, the bright light is the gate to the next life. In reality that bright light is you guide, is the Spirit that followed you, guided you and helped you throughout your life, and he is guiding you to your next life. Going through the light you will feel happy, you will feel loved. Do not allow your mind to scare you. There is always the possibility that for reasonor another you might be scared to leave the earth plane and go through the light, you might think that you are going away from loved ones here on earth, that it is not true. From the astral world you can visit the physical world, your loved ones, anytime you want. Staying around the earth plane you will be in the darkness, you will be lonely, and above all you will not be able to progress any further.
